Serafim Ioannou, also known as "DeeJay Serafim," was born and raised in New York, NY. His family’s roots are from Sparti and the Island of Skiathos, Greece. DeeJay Serafim started learning the art of mixing at the young age of 16. Wanting to pursue his passion professionally, he began his journey in the industry with a partner in 2007 and eventually branched out on his own two years later. Since then, he has provided musical entertainment for weddings, baptisms, corporate events, church events, nightclubs and many more.
DeeJay Serafim’s Greek background has given him the ability to excel throughout the Greek communities across the United States and Canada. He has played in all major cities, including New York, Chicago, Boston, DC, Seattle, Toronto and many more. Today, DeeJay Serafim is one of the most highly regarded Greek DJ’s in the United States. He specializes in Greek music and has performed alongside famous Greek artists such as Giorgos Tsalikis, Konstantinos Koufos, Giannis Sofillas, Kostas Doxas, Nikos Apergis, Nivo, Master Tempo and Giannis Kritikos, Makis Dimakis, Nikos Zoidakis and more!
